Yorkville Asset Management Inc. ("Yorkville") is pleased to formally announce Omega Healthcare Investors Inc.("Omega") as the institutional Limited Partner committing up to ~$90 million CAD to the Yorkville Development LP. This landmark partnership marks Omega's initial entry into the Canadian healthcare market and a significant milestone in the continued expansion of Yorkville’s long term care development platform.
At the time of the initial announcement of this commitment, Omega’s participation was not disclosed due to restrictions applicable to publicly traded issuers ahead of their earnings; following Omega’s formal reporting of the investment, Yorkville is now able to provide full transparency on the partnership.
