Support of On Track to Cardiac Recovery 2012 will directly contribute to funding Canada’s first academic Chair in Cardiac Rehabilitation Research at Toronto Rehab’s Cardiac Rehabilitation and Secondary Prevention Program.

This prestigious Chair will help Toronto Rehab’s Cardiac Program attract and retain world-class leaders in rehabilitation research and raise the profile of Toronto Rehab’s incredible cardiac research program both nationally and internationally.
